How do I send an MMS to an email address?
Some phones might have Numeric characters as the Default entry type in the To field. Depending on the make of your phone, you may use * or # or any other button to switch the entry type between Numeric & Alphabetical characters. Once converted into Alphabet entry, type in me@mobshare.in (Airtel Users - MMS to 55563 ) as the Recipient address.
How do I activate GPRS & MMS?
MMS activation process varies from Operator to Operator & from Phone to Phone. The best way to know would be to Contact your Mobile Operator in the Customer Care call center. The normal procedure is to send a specific keyword into a particular number to dowload the MMS settings. Activate your GPRS facility also.

Use the invite box on the Home page or the Invite button on the Top navigation bar after logging in. You can invite using Email or SMS.
How do i share or download content via SMS/Email?
You can Share & Download content from Mobshare by using the respective buttons in Photo/Video page. If in case, you are not seeing any action on clicking the same, your Java-Script might be in Disabled mode. You have to manually Enable Java-script in your Web-Browser settings.
What if I lost my password or forgot my username?
You can use the forgot my password link in the login page to recover your password. How can you forget your username? Its your mobile number.
I can't verify my mobile number, help!
If you are not receiving a verification code, click on the Retry link to initiate another SMS with the same verification code. If you are not receiving a verification code even after Retrying thrice, then we request you to kindly try again after some time, as it might be a problem with our SMS servers or due to a congestion in your mobile network.
Can I upload multiple photos or videos at once?
No. You cannot upload multiple content at once, but you can open Upload page in multiple Windows/Tabs of your browser & Upload as many files as you need.

To disable your SMS/Email alert, go to the Settings page & un-check the appropriate fields.
Can I import my photo collection at one go?
Nops. Not right now. But maybe in the subsequent feature upgrades.
The photo i uploaded via MMS is of very poor quality. What do i do?
You have to change the MMS setting on your Mobile to fix this. Nokia phones usually have three options 'Small', 'Medium' & 'Large'. Select 'Large' to get the highest quality version of the photo online. Select 'Small' if you want to save on data cost.
Menu > Message > Settings > Multi Media Message > Image Size - Select 'Large'
